Home test kits are also available through your healthcare provider, pharmacies, and the federal government.

Symptom Self Assessment

Students are encouraged to complete a self-assessment every day before arriving at school. If you develop any of the symptoms below, remain at home, report your absence to your instructor, and get tested for COVID-19.

Symptoms of COVID-19 may include:

  • New or unexplained persistent cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Loss of taste and smell
  • Feeling feverish, having chills or a temperature of 100.0 or greater

Testing Positive for COVID

Students who test positive for COVID-19 are required to isolate at home for at least five (5) full days. If fever free for twenty-four (24) hours, isolation may end after the five (5) day isolation period. Upon returning to campus, individuals are required to wear a mask for the following five (5) days after the period of isolation.
